Yesterday we did the P.F. Changs Rock n'Roll Marathon 2012! We had a blast singing to the runners and bikers as they ran by for a great cause! I think we may have been on TV (channel 3?) singing "Electric Pennies," which I think would be an awesome theme song. Just sayin'. Maybe next year. We gave a lot of CD's away to the crowd that was rooting on their friends in the race, so if you are here now, thank you for checking us out! You can download our EP for free from the "music" tab above, and our new full-length should be out in April! Our next gig is at the Nile Underground on Jan. 21st with the Riveras (for their CD release show)! It's all ages and only $6, so check out our "SHOWS" tab, and come hang with us!

We entered in the Gimme The Gig 2 contest a couple months back, and we have made it through 3 rounds of voting. We played in California and we also played at Arrowhead Mall, all on their Ford Focus Tour! This is the SEMI FINALS! We still need your votes to get through the next round, you can VOTE DAILY! There is no signing up, and it's easy to get us around 13 points a day. Just go to GIMMETHEGIG.com, click on "B" for Born Loser, and "LIKE" our video, answer the question, and share our band on Facebook! Thank you for your support, losers.

Our website launched today, and I hope you enjoy it. It was super stressful with all this HTML and what not! I hope you enjoy it, though. There is a lot of exciting news for BLATHO in 2012, mainly, our upcoming FULL LENGTH ALBUM! We are in the process of picking the songs, but for sure "Pine" is going to be our single. I think it's the perfect choice to officially "announce" BLATHO to the world. Although we are already fairly well known in the Phoenix music scene, I'm hoping this album will reflect what our music truly sounds like. We are still scooping out who we want to work with in terms of an engineer and producer, and we are touring studios this week. I'm also very excited to work with my friend and insanely talented photographer/make-up artist Jessica Frieling for the music video for "Pine." It should be very dramatic and creative with her. You can check out her amazing work at www.jessicafrielingphotography.com.
